mma worked alongside Trammell Crow Company and Alliance Architects on design elements for 35 Eagle Buildings A, B, D, H, and J which are located in Trammell Crow Company’s 314-acre 35 Eagle Business Park. Buildings B and D are the first phase in this expansive development. Buildings A, H, and J add an additional 1.6 million square feet. Totaling approximately 3.2 million square feet of speculative industrial space, it is the largest project of its kind in Trammell Crow Company’s 65-year history in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Full build-out of the park will include over 4.2 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space. Buildings B & D are LEED certified.
