mma partnered with the Ryan Place Improvement Association to reimagine Joan Kline Park as a more welcoming and functional neighborhood gathering space. The park improvements included new sidewalks to enhance accessibility and circulation, a custom wood-and-steel pergola with specialty paving and seating, upgraded park benches, expanded lawn areas, a new irrigation and electrical system, and native plantings. The revitalized park provides an inviting community space which recognizes Joan Kline’s legacy and the impact she had on the Ryan Place neighborhood and community.
