JJ Lemmon Industrial Park

The JJ Lemmon industrial project consisted of a 500k square feet and 200k square feet logistics facility located within The Dallas Logistics Port Special Purpose District. One of the various reasons for this district was an effort to increase employment opportunities in the southern sector of Dallas, Texas. The site provided many opportunities and challenges, with the presence of a large number of existing trees, a great deal of topographic relief and a large drainage way to accommodate. mma’s team successfully met all tree retention requirements and the resulting landscape gives the project a feel of stability as well as fitting it in appropriately to its surroundings.
