The Rockingham Estates is a 174-lot single-family residential development located in southeast Arlington. The development included the extension of Ballweg Road and realignment of Webb Ferrell Road. Two trail connections were extended with Webb Community Park which ultimately ties into the Bowman branch linear trail.
