mma partnered with Quorum Architects and Six Flags Over Texas on the development of a new 20,000-square-foot warehouse and accessory building located within the theme park. The project required careful coordination to accommodate the active park environment while addressing development within FEMA-designated flood hazard areas, including floodplain analysis and permitting. The completed facility enhances the park’s operational and maintenance capabilities while supporting its continued growth.
