Uplift Forest Hills Preparatory is located along Forest Hills Blvd. in Fort Worth. Phase one of the master plan included a two story secondary school building, athletic field, parking areas, and a tornado shelter. Off-site improvements included paving improvements to Forest Hills Blvd.
