Douglas Cooper is a certified planner with over 16 years of experience in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining mma, Douglas Cooper worked for the City of Arlington’s Community Development and Planning Department where he evaluated and reviewed site development plans, prepared staff reports and presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. In his role at mma, he leads and manages multi-disciplinary teams on complex zoning and land development projects and fosters meaningful engagement with community leaders, city staff, and key stakeholders. Additionally, he assumes a leadership role in driving the company’s business development initiatives and collaborates closely with fellow Principals to craft both short- and long-term strategies.
