Just a few blocks from UT Arlington, mma has cultivated a partnership that benefits both students and the community. For over a decade, we’ve welcomed UT Arlington students as interns, offering hands-on experience in engineering and design. Many of these interns go on to join the firm full-time and some rise into leadership roles.
Take Andrea Taylor, for example. She began as an intern while completing her master’s in civil engineering at UT Arlington. Today, she’s a Principal leading major land development projects across North Texas. Andrea also gives back to the community as a member of UT Arlington’s Civil Engineering Advisory Committee, mentoring future engineers, and serving on the Hurst Planning and Zoning Commission.
