mma is proud to celebrate that One Rangers Way has received the prestigious Gold Nugget Award, one of the industry’s oldest and most respected honors for excellence in residential design, planning, and development. The Gold Nugget Awards have recognized outstanding projects across North America for more than 60 years.

Developed by The Cordish Companies, One Rangers Way is a 303-unit luxury multifamily community located in Arlington’s Entertainment District, within walking distance of Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium, Texas Live!, and other premier destinations. The community offers resort-style amenities and an unmatched living experience in the heart of one of north Texas’ most vibrant areas.

mma was honored to provide surveying and civil engineering services for this landmark project, supporting the vision from planning through development.

At mma, we’re proud to have team members who are passionate about building stronger communities, and Kaleb Wade is a great example.

Kaleb was drawn to civil engineering by a desire to make a tangible difference in the places where people live and work. He joined mma as an intern in October 2018 (becoming full-time in January 2023) and was drawn to the opportunity to work across a variety of land development projects while being supported by leaders who are invested in employee growth and development. Kaleb takes pride in every project and especially enjoys seeing designs become reality and collaborating with others to solve complex challenges.

He also deeply appreciates the impact he’s able to have on his community by working on meaningful projects that contribute to local economies and improve the quality of life for many people. Beyond his mma role, Kaleb serves as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner and a committee member with the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth. Through both experiences, Kaleb has developed a unique perspective on how thoughtful planning and infrastructure can help shape the future of the DFW region.

“Each of these roles directly complements the other, allowing me to approach land development holistically and ensure our communities are built thoughtfully.”

Looking ahead, Kaleb expects significant advancements in the tools, technology, and precision used in civil engineering. He’s particularly interested in how community planning and infrastructure design will evolve to support emerging transit trends including air mobility, dedicated ride-share zones, and autonomous vehicles.

Life Outside mma
When he’s not working, Kaleb enjoys outdoor activities including golf, cycling, running, fishing and boating. He also loves spending time with his family and two dachshunds, Pim and Rho – even taking the dogs to the AKC Dachshund Field Trials, with Pim winning Field Champion.
